By booking with us, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Deposits A non-refundable booking fee of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be credited toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is successfully processed. Late Arrivals We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late: A $25 late fee will be applied. Your booking fee will be forfeited. It is at our discretion whether your appointment can proceed, based on the remaining time available. No exceptions will be made. To avoid delays, please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling that are not made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will also result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. No Call/No Show Policy: A “No Call/No Show” will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your booking fee. After two No Call/No Show incidents, you will be restricted from booking future appointments. Payments Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, Card, and Apple Pay. All payments must be completed before leaving the appointment. Refund Policy Due to the nature of our personalized beauty services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you experience any issues with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will address the matter professionally and in alignment with our service standards. Guest Policy For the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests (including children) to your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Requests for exceptions must be communicated in advance and approved in writing. Service-Specific Requirements For eyelash extension appointments, please arrive with no eye makeup to ensure optimal results.
